Diploma: Diploma at Bac+3 level minimum.
Experience: Proven experience; experience with unfit housing strongly preferred.

- Degree at Bac+3 level minimum.
- Experience in private housing or housing safety.
- Legal knowledge of the mayor's police powers.
- Ability to work in partnership with elected officials and services.
- Management skills, rigour and autonomy.
- Driving licence (permis B).
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
