Diploma: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (level 6)
The profile they look for:
- Good knowledge of public budget and accounting rules.
- Knowledge of higher education and IUTs.
- Ability to build and analyse a budget.
- Ability to manage teams and handle conflicts.
- Good skills in Word and Excel.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply on the employer's website, from the offer published on Choisir le Service Public. An incomplete file may not be reviewed.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work possible after the integration period.
- Management role with a team of three BIATSS staff.
