Civil servants and contract workers can apply. The job is open to the territorial grades of attaché, senior attaché, rédacteur and senior rédacteur, and a contract worker can be hired if no civil servant has applied.

Diploma: Higher education (bac+4 or bac+5) in public finance, local government or financial management
Experience: Experienced: significant experience in financial and budget management in the public sector
The profile they look for:
- Expertise in public finance, budgeting and accounting.
- Good knowledge of M57 accounting and budget procedures.
- Skills in financial management, debt and cash management.
- Knowledge of general public procurement rules.
- Management skills and team spirit.
- Ability to analyse, summarise and plan ahead.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
