Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. Civil servants are hired by secondment on a three-year contract.
Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Bac+3 in building, real estate or services.
Experience: Confirmed experience, at least 7 years, with management.
The profile they look for:
- Bac+3 degree in building, real estate or services.
- At least 7 years of experience in general services or real estate.
- Proven management experience.
- Knowledge of health and safety at work rules.
- Knowledge of public works contract rules.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer

- Full time, 37h30 per week, with 25 annual leave days and 15 RTT days.
- Job may become vacant from 1 January 2027.
