Diploma: Bac +2 or +3; DEJEPS or management training appreciated
Experience: Expert level; experience coordinating or managing teams appreciated
The profile they look for:
- Bac +2 or +3, DEJEPS or management training appreciated
- Knowledge of the rules for group childcare for minors (Accueil Collectif de Mineurs)
- Strong knowledge of early childhood and children aged 3 to 11
- Ability to manage teams spread across several sites
- Good people skills, listening, mediation and diplomacy
- Good command of office software
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
