Civil servants can apply for the grades of technicien to technicien principal de 1re classe. Contract staff can also be hired, but only if no civil servant application has succeeded.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
