Civil servants and contract workers can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service exam can be hired directly for an entry-level category C grade.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: Cooking diploma (CAP minimum)
Experience: Successful experience in management and team leadership

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
