Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: A library-related diploma is preferred
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of adult audiences and literature
- Basic library skills (cataloguing, indexing)
- Good command of common computer tools
- Enjoys contact with the public and has strong people skills
- Sense of public service and teamwork
- Ability to work with the children's section
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
