Open to civil servants at attaché territorial grade and to contract staff with a bac+3/4 diploma in financial analysis or management control.
Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Diploma at bac+3/4 level in financial analysis or management control
Experience: Experience in financial analysis, ideally in team management
The profile they look for:
- Higher education in finance, management or management control.
- Experience in financial analysis, ideally in team management.
- Comfortable with partner relations and running meetings.
- Ability to analyse complex situations and make recommendations.
- Leadership, organisation, rigour and summarising skills.
- Knowledge of local authorities, social and medico-social sector or ESSMS pricing.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
