This job is open to civil servants and contract staff. A non-civil servant can be hired on a 3-year contract, if no suitable civil servant applies.

- Knowledge of how the French State is organised.
- Knowledge of passenger and freight transport rules and technical matters.
- Rail technical knowledge, wanted.
- Budget planning and State grants.
- Ability to lead a team and projects.
- Good writing skills and ability to summarise.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
