The profile they look for:
- Good knowledge of building technology and electricity
- Knowledge of computerised maintenance management (GMAO) and building management systems (GTC)
- Knowledge of health and safety rules at work
- Able to manage a budget and deadlines
- Able to lead a team and coordinate different trades
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
