Local government civil servants at librarian or principal librarian grade can apply. Contract staff can also apply, because the post can be filled by a contract worker while waiting for a civil servant.

Experience: Professional experience in libraries and arts and cultural education is preferred.

- Good digital skills and strong writing skills.
- Sense of public service and interest in cultural development in local areas.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
