Civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents can apply. A contract agent can be hired when no civil servant application has succeeded.
Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Bac +5 degree in sport, or BPJEPS AAN, or Maître-Nageur Sauveteur (MNS) diploma.
Experience: Preferred in a similar role or in sport and/or culture.
The profile they look for:
- Bac +5 degree in sport, or BPJEPS AAN, or MNS diploma.
- Know management and activity planning and steering methods.
- Able to prepare and analyse grant applications.
- Know how local authorities and EPCIs work.
- Good knowledge of public accounting.
- Leadership and ability to bring teams together around shared projects.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Based in Neuville-de-Poitou, 35 h or 37 h with 12 extra RTT days.
- Driving licence B required (service vehicle) and frequent road trips.
- Irregular hours, including availability on weekends.
- Remote work possible up to 2 days a week after 4 months in the job.
