Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. The post is open to the grades of technicien, technicien principal 2nd class and technicien principal 1st class.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: Training related to construction, building maintenance, electricity, public building safety or asset management
Experience: Experienced level. Experience in a similar job is a plus.
The profile they look for:
- Training in construction, building maintenance, electricity, public building safety or asset management.
- Know the technical and legal rules for building and street lighting maintenance.
- Know public procurement rules and how local authorities work.
- Be able to manage a team.
- Electrical authorisation and AIPR certificate are a plus.
- Use office software and management software.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
