Diploma: Master 2 in public law and/or public purchasing
Experience: 10 to 15 years in public procurement law (expert level)
The profile they look for:
- Master 2 in public law and/or public purchasing.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in public procurement law.
- Expertise in administrative law, public procurement and digital law.
- Knowledge of budget and accounting rules for French state public bodies.
- Management skills required.
- Good organisation, autonomy and great rigour.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
