Permanent civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the entry grade is category C.

The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of public procurement rules.
- Knowledge of products and equipment used in municipal services.
- Good use of Atal II stock management software.
- Ability to analyse needs and plan supplies ahead.
- Negotiation skills and good relations with suppliers.
- Basic knowledge of public budgeting and accounting.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
