Civil servants of the AAH corps (transfer or secondment) and public law contract staff can apply.
Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Bac+3 to Bac+5 in public law, human resources, management or administration
Experience: At least 3 years of HR management experience in the public service
The profile they look for:
- Good knowledge of the general civil service rules and special statutes of the hospital public service (FPH).
- Thorough knowledge of pay rules for public hospital staff.
- Skills with HR information systems (SIRH) and the DSN payroll declaration.
- Ability to lead, motivate and unite a team.
- Rigor, reliability and discretion.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
