Diploma: Higher education from bac+2 to bac+3 in technical fields, building, civil engineering or works management
Experience: Significant experience in a similar job, if no diploma; management experience if no experience in this type of job

- Technical training from bac+2 to bac+3, or significant experience in a similar job
- Management experience, if no experience in this type of job
- Good knowledge of building, roads and green spaces
- Electrical authorisations H0/B0, AIPR designer and SST first aid
- Driving licence B essential
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
