Civil servants (titulaires) of the local public service and contract staff can apply. The open grades are agent de maîtrise principal, technicien, technicien principal de 1ère classe and technicien principal de 2ème classe. A contract worker may be hired when no civil servant application has succeeded.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
