Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Level 6 diploma (bac+3) in social animation, or university training in the social field
Experience: Experienced profile. Managing a similar facility is a plus.
The profile they look for:
- Level 6 diploma minimum in social animation or social work.
- Experience in local social development.
- Experience managing a team.
- Excellent knowledge of the association sector.
- Skills in administrative, financial and HR management tools.
- Good people skills and a sense of organisation.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
