Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff. The post is open to the grades of ingénieur and ingénieur principal. A contract worker may be hired if no civil servant application succeeds.

Diploma: At least Bac+2 in water and/or sanitation
Experience: Experience managing teams, possibly in running water and sanitation facilities. Confirmed level.

- Good skills in office software and job-specific software.
- Good writing and data analysis skills.
- Driving licence (category B).
- Available for on-call duty evenings, weekends and public holidays.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
