Civil servants and contract workers can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the entry grade is category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: BEP-CAP or equivalent
Experience: Experience in a similar job is preferred
The profile they look for:
- BEP-CAP level or equivalent.
- Experience in a similar job is preferred.
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety rules.
- Knowledge of alert and emergency procedures.
- Ability to welcome and guide users.
- High availability, including weekends and evenings.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply on the employer's website or by email before the deadline. Put the job title and the offer reference in the subject of your letter.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:

- Availability on weekends and evenings is required.
- Full-time job of 35 hours.
