The profile they look for:
- Solid knowledge of road and utility works: roads, drainage, water, fire hydrants.
- Good knowledge of utility networks and public land rules.
- Basic knowledge of local government, public tenders and local finance.
- Ability to write technical specifications and follow works acceptance.
- Organised, autonomous and a team player, able to lead projects.
