Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly, because an entry-level category C grade is offered.

Diploma: Technical training (environment, waste, maintenance, logistics) or equivalent experience
Experience: Experienced. Experience in waste management or local government is a plus.
The profile they look for:

- Knowledge of waste sectors and rules, or ability to learn fast.
- Ability to organise and coordinate field work.
- Good office software skills and experience with waste management software.
- Basic workplace safety knowledge.
- Driving licence category B required.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
