Open to territorial civil servants in the grades of Technicien, Technicien principal 2nd class or 1st class, and to contract staff. Hiring a contract employee is possible because the post is specific to a small local authority.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
