Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A person who did not pass a competitive exam can be hired, because the post is open at an entry grade of category C. The grade is adjoint technique (principal).

The profile they look for:
- Good teamwork, rigour and independence
- Versatile across trades (painting, plumbing, electrical)
- Knowledge of ERP rules, accessibility and fire safety
- Knowledge of road signage techniques
- Follows workplace safety and health rules
- Uses computer tools
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
