Civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents can apply. The post is open to the grades of principal technical assistant first class, technician and principal technician second class.

Experience: Confirmed experience
The profile they look for:
- Experience managing a technical team.
- Solid knowledge of buildings, roads, green spaces and equipment maintenance.
- Good knowledge of safety rules for local authorities.
- Organised, autonomous, reactive and able to take initiatives.
- Driving licence category B required; category C would be a plus.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
