Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff. The job is open to the rank of principal supervisory officer (agent de maîtrise principal). A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant applies.

- Lead, motivate and manage a mixed team.
- Apply hygiene, safety and risk prevention rules.
- Lead and monitor projects run in-house or outsourced.
- Work with the general manager, elected officials and town services.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
