Experience: Confirmed experience.
The profile they look for:
- Good computer skills (spreadsheets, word processing, Autocad).
- Knowledge of rules in the different areas of work.
- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance rules.
- Good people and management skills.
- Able to make suggestions.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
