Civil servants in engineer or technician grades of the local civil service can apply. A contract worker can also be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded.

- Good at negotiating, deciding and working diplomatically
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
