Diploma: Engineering degree in building maintenance and asset management, or equivalent (desired)
The profile they look for:
- Good knowledge of the prison system and its security rules.
- Good command of maintenance and regulations (fire, inspections, legionella).
- Knowledge of the French public procurement code.
- Ability to lead and manage a team.
- Good writing skills and ability to summarise.
- Rigour, organisation and ability to handle crisis situations.
2 Résumé and cover letter
