Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents, for the attaché territorial grade. A contract agent may be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded.

Diploma: Bac+3 minimum (attaché territorial grade)
Experience: Experienced; 5 years of team management and structure management preferred

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
