Civil servants and contract staff can apply. The post is open to the attaché or engineer grades of the territorial civil service. A contract worker may be hired if no civil servant application succeeds.

2 Résumé and cover letter

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
