Diploma: Higher education in regional development (planning, urban studies, social or economic sciences), and/or experience in similar roles
The profile they look for:
- Higher education in regional development, urban planning or social sciences, or similar experience
- Knowledge of mobility and ecological transition policies
- Ability to lead complex, cross-cutting projects
- Ability to build and monitor a budget and find funding
- Initiative, autonomy and good interpersonal skills
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
