Open to civil servants and contract staff. The grades are engineer, principal engineer and senior engineer. A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded.
Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Engineer level (engineering profile or TCE site manager)
Experience: Confirmed experience: at least 10 years in similar roles.
The profile they look for:
- Engineer-level education, TCE site manager or programme manager profile.
- At least 10 years of confirmed experience in similar roles.
- Management skills and ability to lead teams and projects.
- Knowledge of budget procedures and the public procurement code.
- Good knowledge of building regulations and ERP buildings.
- Driving licence B required.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
