- Know local finance, the M57 framework and multi-year budgeting.
- Be able to build forecasts and track financial ratios.
- Be able to manage a team and support staff in their development.
- Explain financial topics clearly to non-specialists.
- Master Excel and data analysis tools.
- Show rigour, autonomy, reliability and discretion.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
