Diploma: Training or technical skills in management, finance and accounting
Experience: At least 5 years in a similar role
The profile they look for:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Training or technical skills in management, finance and accounting.
- Good knowledge of public accounting and public procurement rules.
- Good knowledge of the civil service status for local government.
- Ability to manage a team.
- CIRIL FINANCES software strongly preferred, plus Word, Excel and Outlook.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- The post is vacant from 4 December 2026.
- For a contract worker, the contract cannot exceed one year, renewable up to 2 years in total.
- Good knowledge of CIRIL FINANCES software is strongly preferred.
