- Knowledge of rules and professional practices in arts and teaching.
- Ability to lead projects and support change.
- Good command of office software.
- Good people skills and writing skills.
- Rigour, organisation, teamwork and diplomacy.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
