Open to civil servants in the Technicien, Technicien principal 2nd class and Technicien principal 1st class grades, and to contract staff. People recognised as disabled workers can also apply under a contract.

The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of the rules for the local public service and teaching establishments.
- Knowledge of health and safety rules and HACCP.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Ability to explain and enforce instructions.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Initiative, independence and adaptability.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
