Diploma: Licence STAPS, professional licence « Gestion et développement des organisations, des services sportifs et de loisirs », or equivalent training
Experience: Significant experience in a management role in a swimming facility

- Good knowledge of the activities offered in swimming pools
- Good knowledge of how a swimming facility is run
- Rigour and sense of organisation
- Ability to lead, bring together and support a team
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
