Diploma: Technical baccalaureate or proven professional experience
Experience: Successful management experience and/or experience in building management

- Rigour, organisation and sense of anticipation.
- Knowledge of maintenance (electricity, plumbing, masonry).
- Electrical authorisation required.
- Driving licence B required.
- Good command of computer tools.
