Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the entry grade in category C allows direct recruitment. Open grades: adjoint technique, adjoint technique principal 2nd and 1st class, agent de maîtrise, agent de maîtrise principal.

The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of cleaning products and their risks
- Knowledge and respect of the HACCP method
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards
- Ability to adapt to different groups of people
- Teamwork, listening and organisation skills
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work possible up to 2 days per week, if the duties allow it.
- Working time: 39 h 10 per week, and 24 days of RTT (time off) per year.
- Contract agents must read the ethics obligations in title 2 of the general civil service code.
