Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service competition can be hired, because an entry grade of category C is open.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: BEATEP, BPJEPS or another level III diploma in the social sector
The profile they look for:
- BEATEP, BPJEPS or another level III diploma in the social sector.
- Knowledge of the physical and emotional development of teenagers.
- Ability to lead, follow and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of safety rules and buildings open to the public.
- Monitoring of spending and equipment stocks.
- Good communication skills and a sense of social contact.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
