Open to civil servants and contract staff. The grades are adjoint technique and agent de maîtrise (category C), and a person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired.

The profile they look for:
- Technical knowledge of waste management
- Regulatory knowledge of waste collection
- Management skills
- Good use of Outlook, Word, Excel and collection route software
- Ability to work in a team and across departments
- Comfortable speaking in public
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
