Diploma: CAP in technical building maintenance, or experience in a similar post
Experience: Experienced: 2 years of supervisory experience required, or experience in a similar post

- Knowledge of hygiene and safety rules
- Ability to manage a team and share out tasks
- Ability to plan, set priorities and coordinate works
- Rigour, method and sense of responsibility
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
