Civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service competition can be hired, because the grade is category C.

The profile they look for:
- Manage people: lead, recruit, assess and train staff.
- Know the procedures and standards of maintenance work.
- Apply health, safety and safe lifting rules.
- Manage and track a budget.
- Be quick to react, rigorous and independent.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer

- Answer expected in mid-November 2026; interviews planned for late November 2026.
