Open to civil servants from the ATTEE, ATT and agent de maîtrise job groups, and to contract staff. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired, because an entry grade in category C is open.

The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of how EPLE schools work
- Ability to lead a team
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety rules
- Basic skills in electricity, plumbing, painting and carpentry
- Ability to handle stress and conflict
- Ability to explain and pass on information
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
