Open to civil servants and contract agents, in the technical assistant and supervisor grades of the territorial civil service. A person who did not pass a competitive exam can be hired, because the entry grade is category C.

Experience: Experience wanted in a school setting
The profile they look for:
- Be able to lead a team and make sure instructions are followed.
- Know hygiene and safety rules for public places.
- Know how to maintain a building and use tools and equipment.
- Be able to handle aggressive situations and calm conflicts.
- Respect working hours and schedules.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Annual working time of 40 to 44 hours a week, shifted hours and changing schedules.
- Wearing personal protective equipment is compulsory.
- Driving licence (category B) required, with driving a service vehicle.
- The employer may organise tests or practical situations.
