Diploma: BAFD or diploma allowing management duties, BPJEPS and/or university training in youth work or education
Experience: Experienced

- BAFD or management qualification, BPJEPS and/or university training in youth work or education
- Experienced front-line manager, able to set objectives
- Knowledge of the rules for children's group care facilities
- Knowledge of HR rules in the local civil service
- Autonomy, organisation skills and teamwork
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
