Open to civil servants of the Adjoint territorial d'animation principal (2nd or 1st class) and Animateur territorial grades. Failing that, contract agents can be hired.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
